08/05/2006 The constituent assembly of the Non-governmental organization ��The New Europeans�Information center �� has taken place. The constituent assembly� decided:

To establish ��The New Europeans� Information Center� Non-Governmental organization.

To affirm the drafts of the organization�s symbol and charter. As a result of voting Artak Robert Barseghyan was elected unanimous as the chairman of the organization, Hayk Ashot Ghazaryan � as the vice-chairman, Hovhannes Mkrtich Jamalyan � as the responsible secretary in term of 2 years.

About organization

 

The constituent assembly of the Non-governmental organization ��The New Europeans� Information center � took place on May 8, 2006, in Yerevan, with the participation of Hovhannes Mkrtich Jamalyan, Artak Robert Barseghyan and Hayk Ashot Ghazaryan.

Our organization was registries by The state register of The Ministry of Justice of Republic of Armenia on May 31, 2006 (certificate 03Ա 072467, registration number 211.171.04001).

��The New Europeans� Information Center� Non-Governmental organization is a kind of volunteer non-governmental consolidation, which is based on the generality of interests of its members, founded with the aim of satisfying theirs non-religious or non-material other necessities, which acts on the base of the constitution and� international agreements�� of The Republic of Armenia,� and organization�s charter.

The aims and tasks of our organization by legal regime are:

To promote Armenian integration to pan-European informational area,

To promote Armenian universal and high-grade integration to European family,

To present informational programs of European Union, of Council of Europe, of OSCE in the European Neighborship politics context, providing its informational support.

To arrange meetings, "round tables", press-conferences with the participation of Armenian and foreign countries' political figures and mass media representatives.

To begin creating organization's website, publishing "New Europeans" magazine to provide publicity.

To promote mass media representatives' professional improvement by seminars, courses and other arrangements.

Our team

 

Artak Robert Barseghyan, the chairman of� ��The New Europeans� Information Center� , has repeatedly illustrated electoral procedures � parliamentarian elections of 1995, 1999, 2003, presidential elections of 1996, 1998, 2003, as well as the constitutional referendums of 1995, 2003 and 2005, during his journalistic experience since 1992. The characteristic feature of his work is impartiality and objectivity, which is not perceived directly by many people, especially in the electoral and past electoral passionate atmosphere.

Artak Robert Barseghyan works in �Mediamax� news agency as a correspondent since 2001. He is accredited in administration of the president of Republic of Armenia, in National Assembly, in Constitutional Court, in Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Defense, in General Prosecution and in Police. From 1995 to 2000 he was a correspondent of the daily newspaper �Respoublika Armenia�, published in Russian, from 1994 to 1995 he was observer� of the Russian service of� the State Radio of Armenia. He has passed retraining in the Moscow newspaper "Nezavisimaya gazeta" (1998) and in the Swedish FOJO institute of lifting the journalists' qualification (2004). He is a member of the Journalists' Union of Armenia since 2004.

A. R. Barseghyan finished Yerevan secondary school �164 in 1989 and in 1996 he graduated� from The Armenian Agricultural Academy. Not married. He is invalid of second group class. Knows Armenian, Russian and a little English.

Hayk Ashot Ghazaryan, the vice-chairman of the organization, is the leader of the estate.am project since November, 2005. He is occupied with forming and developing the web-sites of a series authoritative Armenian� and foreign organizations. From 2003 to 2004 he taught at educational center �Albion� in Yerevan.

H. A. Ghazaryan finished Yerevan secondary school-college �172 in 1999, in 2003 graduated from Academy CISCO, in 2004 � Educational Center �Albion�, in 2006 � Yerevan State Engineering university. Not married. Knows Armenian, Russian and English languages.
